Our Story
Established in 2022 situated at Rockingham, Perth. Light Disability Services was born from a heartfelt desire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Motivated by personal experiences with family members facing disabilities, the founders witnessed firsthand the profound effects of inadequate support on their loved ones' quality of life. Recognizing the need for comprehensive and compassionate assistance, they embarked on a mission to bridge this gap by founding Light Disability Services.
Since its inception, Light Disability Services has evolved into a reputable and accredited establishment, delivering NDIS support and support coordination services to participants across Australia.
Our commitment lies in recruiting dedicated support workers and specialists equipped with the requisite level of empathy, proactiveness, flexibility and professionalism to empower participants towards greater independence and fulfillment.
